Shavon Jackson-Michel, ND, is a Naturopathic Doctor with over 15 years of clinical medicine and dietary supplement expertise and 10+ years of scientific communications and product development experience. A medical affairs and business development leader niched in advancing researched, natural actives and botanical drugs across commercial pipelines/global markets, Dr. Jackson-Michel has supervised regulatory/compliance filings for market entry and expansion; developed customized educational programming for B2B and B2C platforms; and compiled scientific support dossiers, monographs and research study feasibility/market-alignment assessments for +12 commercial brands.
Through her work with i-Health, Dr. Jackson-Michel acts as a trusted scientific voice for the company across all brands and markets, with a particular focus at the intersection of clinical practice and patient care. She helps to set strategy and lead development of healthcare professional-directed communication; ensure credibility and compliance to science, regulatory, and marketing; and cultivate stakeholder engagement, building relationships with KOLs, professional societies and patient advocacy groups while also overseeing and managing i-Health’s Medical Advisory Boards. Dr. Jackson-Michel also keeps an eye toward education and innovation by aligning webinar, symposium, and congress programming across various medical specialty conferences in North America and abroad.
Fortified by a 6-year tenure as a professor of nutrition and biological sciences and formal training as a Biomedical Engineer, Dr. Jackson-Michel brings a perspective and voice that are uniquely both technical and clinical to the natural products industry.

Dr. Alexandra Dubinskaya is a leading Urogynecologist and Sexual Medicine specialist based in Beverly Hills, CA, known for her innovative, whole-person approach to women’s pelvic and sexual health. Originally from Russia, Dr. Dubinskaya began her medical journey at the distinguished North Western State Medical University and the I.I. Dzhanelidze Research Institute of Emergency Care in Saint Petersburg. She later continued her advanced training at top U.S. institutions including Tufts Medical Center in Boston and St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills cemented her role as a rising leader in the field.
Today, Dr. Dubinskaya is internationally recognized for her expertise. She serves as Chair of the Communication Committee for the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM), where she leads global efforts to elevate sexual health literacy and spark more open, evidence-based conversations about women’s intimate wellness.
A passionate educator and researcher, Dr. Dubinskaya’s work has been featured in major journals and foundational textbooks including Ostergard’s Urogynecology, Steele’s Colorectal Textbook, and The Journal of Sexual Medicine. She also authored the chapter on vulvodynia in Taking Care of You, helping bridge clinical knowledge with real-world patient needs.
Dr. Dubinskaya is committed to redefining how the world understands women’s pelvic health—merging science, advocacy, and compassion to ensure women everywhere feel seen, heard, and understood.

Dr. Christina Kramer is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her residency training program was at the University of Buffalo, Sisters of Charity program in Buffalo, New York. She provides full scope, obstetric, and gynecological care and has practiced in Minnesota and Michigan and currently practices in Wisconsin.
Dr. Kramer is certified by the American Board of OB/GYN. She is also a National Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) by the Menopause Society. Dr. Kramer has also done additional training and coursework as a FEMM provider. She has a special interest in hormone disorders, including polycystic ovarian syndrome, perimenopause, and menopause.
Dr. Kramer’s approach to practice includes a passion for patient education and getting to the root of patient concerns. Her treatment plans for patients often entail a combination of lifestyle modifications, pharmacotherapy with both prescription and and over-the-counter therapies. Dr. Kramer’s goal is to partner with patients to help them feel their very best. She also knows that patient empathy is a key to providing exceptional medical care and draws on her experiences of being a patient herself to engage with patients.
In her free time, Dr Kramer enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. You can find her biking, running, or keeping up with her children.

Dr. Komkwuan “Kwuan” Paruchabutr, DNP, FNP-BC, WHNP-BC, CNM, FACNM, FNAP, FAAN, is a triple board-certified advanced practice clinician, educator, and national women’s health leader dedicated to advancing holistic, evidence-informed approaches to health across the lifespan. With more than 20 years of experience spanning trauma and critical care nursing, primary care, midwifery, women’s health, and military service as a U.S. Army veteran, she brings a systems-level perspective on prevention, resilience, and whole-person care to both clinical practice and population health strategy.
Dr. Paruchabutr earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Syracuse University, completed her graduate nursing education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Kansas, and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University. She holds board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and Certified Nurse-Midwife, enabling her to provide comprehensive, lifespan care to individuals and families—from adolescence through pregnancy and midlife to healthy aging.
She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University’s Berkley School of Nursing, where she leads graduate education for women’s health nurse practitioners and midwives and develops innovative curricula focused on prevention, cardiometabolic health, integrative therapies, and evidence-based clinical decision-making. Her work challenges siloed models of care by reframing women’s health beyond reproduction alone, emphasizing the interconnected mental, physical, and social determinants that shape long-term outcomes. She advocates for recognizing women’s health as both a clinical priority and a key driver of workforce participation, family stability, and economic longevity.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, the National Academies of Practice, and the American College of Nurse-Midwives, and Immediate Past President of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, Dr. Paruchabutr has led national policy initiatives, co-authored position statements, and advised organizations on strategies to improve equitable access, health literacy, and preventive care.
Through collaborations with academia, professional organizations, and industry partners, she is passionate about translating emerging science into practical education for clinicians and the public. She brings expertise in women’s health, integrative care, and population engagement to help advance evidence-based innovation, responsible communication, and holistic solutions that empower individuals to optimize health and longevity.

Dr. Kerry-Anne Perkins is a physician, healthcare executive, scientist, educator, entrepreneur, and advocate whose career bridges medicine, research, military service, and women’s health leadership. A board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and decorated U.S. Army Reserve Major, she has dedicated more than a decade to advancing patient-centered care in both hospital and outpatient settings, often in high-acuity and underserved environments.
Her clinical expertise as a laborist and hospitalist is complemented by her role as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she mentors and trains future physicians. She also serves as Co-Chief Science Officer of Young Therapeutics, bringing extensive translational research experience in peptide modulators of PKC isoforms, vascular biology, nitric oxide signaling, and ischemia-reperfusion injury. With more than 18 peer-reviewed abstracts and publications in cardiovascular biology, Dr. Perkins continues to champion research that bridges laboratory science with patient-centered outcomes.
